Major  Duties:

  • Work with partners from across the  real  estate group to identify issues and opportunities for us to develop new business or cross-sell.
  • Responsibility for real  estate-led pitching, including ensuring a “best  practice” approach, management and production of individual pitches/capability statements and coaching on pitch  presentations.
  • Development of strong, clear  content for marketing literature and other collateral, as required.
  • Support Firm-wide and Real Estate PR initiatives.
  • Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration.
  • Compare a property with similar properties that have recently sold  to determine its competitive market price.
  • Advise real  estate clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing  statements, deeds and leases. Prepare sales or other contracts.
  • Answer clients' questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs, and appraisals. Advise real  estate clients.
