One of the Pakistan’s largest e-commerce lifestyle store is looking for a passionate Performance Marketer to join their Marketing Team. You will be responsible for driving campaigns and optimizing ad spent across multiple channels to deliver the best return on investment. You would identify replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition.

Job Requirements:

·       Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field

·       Minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field

·       Proficiency in Performance Marketing

·       An in-depth practical knowledge of strategic planning for growth and business analysis

·       Self-motivated & willing to take on new challenges

·       Relevant experience in managing high budgets

Job Responsibilities:

·      Drive campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics

·      Constantly optimize marketing activities to improve return on investment

·      Allocate budgets and analyze and recommend modifications to ad spends

·      Optimize marketing budgets to maximize Cost per Acquisition (CPA) and efficiently scale new customers

·      Articulate and drive the strategy and results around our efforts to engage customers and drive business growth using marketing channels including email, display, search, social and programmatic marketing

·      Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

·      Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend & performance based on the insights

·      Tweak strategies and budgets based on current performance to maximize ROI

·      Brainstorm new and creative growth & user acquisition strategies, especially in the field of content development, video, emerging channels etc.

·      Analyze data to identify problems and/or opportunities

·      Define OKRs (objectives and key results) for channel experiences

·      Work with data team to ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics which are tracked, analyzed and communicated

·      Analyze competitive marketplace and stay abreast of industry trends

·      Strategize campaign development, and then manage results through performance analysis and optimization efforts

·      Source and implement the most effective keywords, measure keyword performance, and optimize campaigns based on them

·      Manage ad placements, target the relevant interests and topics, and use Google’s in-market audiences for search ads

·      Leverage customer insights to better segment, target and reach potential customers

·      Scope out and identify new platforms, tools, and systems to improve performance

Candidate must have the ability to influence through work, operate with positive intent, and enjoy investing time and effort into high-functioning team dynamics to develop themselves and their team.
