Customer Support Representative - Inbound

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team to provide exceptional customer service for our Etsy/eBay platform users. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries promptly via phone, email, and live chat
Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and shipping information
Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Document customer interactions and inquiries in our customer management system
Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures
Meet or exceed customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an e-commerce environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Familiarity with Etsy/eBay platform features and policies
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of customer inquiries
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred qualifications:

Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends and best practices
Fluency in a second language
Bachelors in English literature is a plus
