Develops software solutions by studying information; studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code.
Protect operations by keeping information confidential.
Provide information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing development and service issues.
Accomplish engineering and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Assist in definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Perform code reviews
