We are looking for highly motivated and result oriented individual for our fast growing Software Development Company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. The person will be responsible for generating business through online bidding on Upwork, Guru, PPH etc.What do you need to have?

Convincing skills are must.
Should preferably be from a technical background (IT Industry)
Should have knowledge of popular Web Technologies used in Web Design & Web Application Development
Minimum 1-4 years of experience in online bidding on various portal like Upwork, Guru, People Per Hour etc
Responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals
Project Analysis & documentation skills
Creating a comprehensive proposal detailing, estimates, milestones
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates client needs on an ongoing basis
Work with the team to understand the needs of the client and respond accordingly to achieve their business goals
Excellent communication in English, having experience to deal with foreign clients
Should be able to manage pre sales and post sales tasks independently
Should have prior sales or marketing experience in software or Web Development Company
Candidates should be dynamic to achieve our monthly or quarterly targets
Flexible to travel for business meetings
Coordinating with the developers and designers for clients requirements
Comfortable in communicating with clients via email/Call/Skype
Experience/knowledge in Bidding on Upwork, Elance, guru, ODesk etc.
Proven track record in business development.
Good selling attitude, target oriented & able to work independently.
Proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, Requirement Gathering.
Prepare monthly pipeline reports for management purposes
Good Working Knowledge of Computer, MS Office.
Should be aware of IT terminologies, technologies
Should be comfortable in client interaction
Strong Analytical, technical, Sales & Marketing fundamentals along with good sales negotiation skills.
Good Social Media connections such as on LinkedIn, Facebook etc.

What you need to do?

Responsible for online bidding on Upwork, Elance, GURU Freelancer etc portal.
Experience in handling International clients.
Must be proficient in proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, communication link between the development team & clients.
Generates leads for web development, mobile application development, and software development through websites like Elance, Guru, Odesk etc.
Understanding and obtaining the needs of the clients, preparing various presentations.
Work on the cold calling and email leads.
Devising new and innovative business development plans and strategies
Achieving business targets.
Identifying new market and business line.
