THE ROLE
We are looking for a Database Administrator who will be responsible for directing or performing all activities related to maintaining a successful database environment. This role is important to the business because it enables to the creation of new or update existing databases based on internal data collection needs. A database administrator position has to be creative and capable of solving problems in database development and testing by writing software scripts, testing database functionality, and keeping company data clean and secure.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Proficiency in Extracting and/or loading data
- Setting up cybersecurity measures
- Ensuring all hardware and software are updated
- Authenticating data
- Monitoring the performance of hardware and software
- Configuring servers’ databases and creating replicas.
- Preserving data integrity
- Ethically handling private data
