Sales Executive

We are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible to engage with students/parents to create and close new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and demonstrate the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and exceed sales targets
Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Actively discover, acquire and engage with strategic partners / influencers,
schools and independent teachers to drive new channels of demand creation and
customer acquisition across
Track and analyze market trends
Partnering with the internal teams to convert free app users to paid users using WhatsApp, SMS and direct sales.

Qualifications and Experience:

1-3 years sales experience with demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Previous experience at a call/message Centre - experience with using Zendesk is preferred
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to engage with queries and deal with customers
Ability to multi-task and work across multiple engagement channels
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
