We require an excellent accounts manager to lead and manage our bookkeeping and accounts department Responsibilities for Accounting Manager:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions
Responsible for all aspects of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, general ledger entries, bank reconciliation, credit card expense report reconciliation, cash applications, collections, and payroll,)
Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships,Team Building,
Responsible for delivering timely and accurate financial processing, month end close, cash management reports, and balance sheet reconciliation
Help with Monthly quarterly and year-end financial activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.

Qualifications for Accounting Manager:

CFAP Candidate of ICAP or ACCA Qualified plus articles completed from reputable organizations.
3+ years post articles experience with at least 1.5 years in of it being in a Managerial role
At least one year experience with quickbook online is a must.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities across all level of an organization
Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
Knowledge of employee relationship building and performance management techniques
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
