Requirements:

The candidate must be willing to do night shifts and alternate weekends. (It’s a mandatory requirement since we are 24/7 so we cannot afford an employee not willing to work on weekends and night shifts.)

Responsibilities:

Identify clients’ needs and help them in understanding the Products on Live Chat.
Generate a Happy Customer experience to fetch positive Product feedback.
Keep clients up to date with products’ new features, announcements, and any new functionalities.
Must be able to maintain a happy customer flow throughout the Live support experience.
Should be able to handle multiple customers live at a time to provide assistance related to the products.
Coordinate with the technical support team for the quick resolution of the customer’s tickets.
Follow up with clients to ensure their technical issues are resolved as well as a collection of feedback.
Managing escalations requires significant customer service skills and diplomacy to satisfy the customer.
Sending emails to the clients to provide quick resolution of issues and questions.
Maintaining records for new feature requests and chat support records to assist the Product Team.
Maintaining a pleasant working environment for your team.
Any other task assigned by the Manager/Lead.

Education:

Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
Fast typing speed (Minimum 60 is preferable)
Able to do multitask effectively
Patience of handling tough customers
