The Sr, HR Executive assists the OD & HR Manager, will be responsible to manage Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Payroll, and Training & Development. Moreover, any other task/responsibility will be assigned by the OD & HR Manager.

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:

●        Investigate and determine employee needs.

●        Develop sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies.

●        Design & Conduct different tests.  

●        Design, plan and execute employer branding activities.

●        Update Recruitment MIS.

●        Job posting on the different job portals.

●        Coordinate with the design team for designing the different job ads.

●        Source and find candidates qualified for open positions.

●        perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast.

●        Design, plan and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer psychological and technical tests, etc.)

●        Conduct Video & Audio skype interviews.

●        Collect the proper feedback of all the hiring managers like (Technical Manager, HR Manager, and C Level)

●        Update Recruitment MIS on regular basis. 

●        Conduct employment verification, background, and reference check.

●        Find bottlenecks in the recruiting process.

Performance Management: 

●        Design a Performance Management system based on leading practices to provide fair and transparent performance management across the company.

●        Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.

●        Design KPIs of each role.

●        Design the Job description of employees with the guidance of their team leads/project manager. 

●        Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communications).

●        Contribute to the automation of the Performance Management System in collaboration with the software development team.

●        Work with internal stakeholders to embed a culture of Monthly feedback on employee performance.

●        Provide support to line managers in applying the Performance Management System should they face challenges with the implementation.

●        Develop tools and support material to help employees and their line managers in their appraisal process.

●        Collect and analyses performance appraisal results across the company on monthly basis. Moreover, quarterly share the performance appraisal data of all employees data with C-level management.  

●        Create the Bi-annual appraisal calendar, manage the communication with employees, and ensure that each activity in the the appraisal process is executed within the specified timeframe and as defined guidelines.

●        Resolve problems related to appraisals, such as the employee requests for re-evaluation, and ensure that these issues are handled in a fair, professional, transparent, and equitable way.

Payroll duties:

●        Collecting employee attendance data.

●        Maintaining employee personal information on an excel or HRMS.

●        Collecting, calculating, and entering employee data (attendance, salaries & payroll) to maintain and update payroll information.

●        Resolving payroll discrepancies.

●        Maintaining payroll operations by following policies and procedures.

Training & Developments:

●        Identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, Performance appraisal, and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments.

●        Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and the individual.

●        Plan and assess the return on investment' of any training or development program

●        Develop effective induction programs for new staff, apprentices, and graduate trainees.

●        Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.

●        Devise the Training & Development policies. Moreover, Devise individual learning plans.

●        Produce training materials for in-house courses.

●        Amend and revise training programs as necessary, to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment.

General Duties:

●        Employee grievance handling.

●        Daily follow-up for the pending task.

●        Take the initiative of small Events in the company.

Requirements:

●        As a permanent employee, you must complete your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on time. Even if you have to work more than 9 hours.

●        Your performance will be evaluated based on task completion.

●        You will be responsible to share a daily update/status regarding your tasks with the OD &HR Manager.   

Skills / Abilities

●        Microsoft Office, especially Excel

●        Strong communication and interpersonal skills

●        Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize

●        Maintain strict confidentiality
