We are looking for an experienced Agile Technical Delivery Manager responsible for the overall delivery of several concurrent digital projects, utilizing our Agile-based project delivery methodologies.
You will collaborate directly with development, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure the software is delivered efficiently, on time, and to the highest standards. Our ideal candidate will be able to adapt to an ever-evolving working environment and be ready to take ownership of the role – shaping it to match your skillset and pushing yourself to learn more every day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver projects and products using agile methodologies and best practices, learning and iterating frequently
- Act as the Scrum master
- Lead the collaborative planning process to prioritize the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team
- Facilitate daily stand-ups, retrospective, and other agile meetings
- Ensure effective cross-team communication and coordination
- Work throughout the organization to remove impediments and improve process
- Maintain relevant performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements
- Good technical experience in .NET, Angular, DevOps, databases and cloud technologies
- Extensive background in development and delivering complex projects throughout the lifecycle. Scrum master certification / Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Very good command of English language. Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Experience with multi-tier architecture, OOP and design patterns
- Experience with Agile development methodology and Experience managing Agile Scrum projects
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- A record of successful delivery of software applications as an individual, team leader and/or development manager
- Strong leadership, time management and problem-solving skills.
