Co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, etc.)
Processing shipments in EDI software and perform data entry related to sea shipment
Segregation/sorting/matching of executed/completed documents
Sending of pre-alert to Overseas Agents, faxing or emailing B/L / documents to Shipper, etc.
Monitoring and following up of export shipment and checking shipment status regularly

Arranging local handling services
