Planned and performed routine and non-routine preventive & corrective maintenance for major mechanical rotary equipment which includes, pumps, compressor, turbine, engine, blower, generator, fan, etc.
Planned shutdown maintenance for mechanical rotary equipment which also includes the development of documents/procedures like maintenance strategy, maintenance plan, and shutdown management plan.
Knowledge of equipment failure modes and breakdowns to establish improvement plans.
Identify systems, sub-systems, equipment, and conditions, that could adversely impact plant operation, through the use of reliability methodologies as applicable.Methodologies include, but are not limited to, bad actor analysis, failure statistical analysis, criticality analysis, failure modes and effect analysis, and root cause analysis.
Identify the required mitigation actions for business risks.
Support the decision-making process by evaluating the cost-benefit of any proposed solution, based on economic and technical criteria, using techniques such as; life-cycle cost analysis, decision tree analysis, spare part optimization, preventive and predictive maintenance frequency optimization.
Calculation of MTBF and MTTR based on generic and operator reliability data.
Manage and report on, all outputs from reliability engineering analysis.
Knowledge of advanced techniques like ECA, FMEA, RCA, RLA.Participated in preparation of CMMS Templates like SAP / Maximo.
Participated in preparation of maintenance and inspection procedures.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required by the Reliability Team Leader.
Provide process support to the other engineering disciplines.
Provide specialist technical input into team project work.
Develop or bring forward, as appropriate, industry best practices and new technologies.
Prepare and review project proposals, studies, and technical reports.
Travel to sites as needed.
