Venrooms is a purpose built website operated by well-known and reputed group. It is a trusted partner for quality accommodations, committed to delivering a high level of expertise, customer service, and attention to details to the travel and tourism market. Users/Owners either in conjunction with CEX or independently advertises, list, display, view, describe, locate and rent out their properties via our booking/scheduling system in the website.
We invite you to become a CEX or as we call it the Customer Experience (CEX) executive as per responsibilities/duties set out below:
CEX Scout reports directly to the designated AM/OM of the area.
- CEX will adhere to the KPIs listed in (“Performance KPI” section)
- CEX shall coordinate closely with AM/OM on day-to-day activities and make himself available on call of AM/OM.
- CEX Ventura responsibilities
- CEX is to prospect, search, filter and feed genuine and quality Guest Service Providers (GSPs - Hotels, Guest Houses, and Guest Rooms) and related services (Tours, cars, etc) to Ventura (venrooms.com). GSPs/Owners on-boarding forms will be provided in both hard-copy and soft-copy formats. Soft copy of the onboarding form will be provided to scouts via email.
- CEX will provide pictures of the property, bedrooms, bathrooms and the vicinity using GPS camera.
- CEX Compensation per schedule given in (“Remuneration” Section).
- CEX will be fully responsible for investigating all particulars relating to GSPs accommodations (modern with beds/bath/reasonable room/location etc.), Advertisers, and related facilities/conveniences like available or nearby stores, restaurants, pharmacies, airport, entertainment etc. and from security point of view how is neighborhood, mobile/fixed connectivity; pics and videos to support such assessment. Scout will drop a pin on locations as mentioned above.
- CEX will identify special guests’ needs like disabled people, elderly, children and VIPs, related facilities if they are available with GSP
- CEX will use google app to collect locations’ pics with GPS coordinates and Timestamps.
- Customer feedback rating for accommodations on Ventura (venrooms.com) to ensure property quality is maintained during/after use (estimate is 3.5 stars rating means reasonable quality rating given by customers).
- CEX will be responsible to support the host/landlord for uploading the properties.
