We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team and help us expand our client base through online platforms such as Upwork and other job websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing proposals and bids, negotiating contracts, and building strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients on online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
  • Create and optimize company profiles on these platforms to attract potential clients.
  • Develop proposals and bids for potential clients, ensuring that they meet their specific needs and requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms of engagement with clients.
  • Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, developers, and other team members to ensure that project requirements are met.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling and up-selling opportunities with existing clients.
  • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other events to build relationships with potential clients and expand the company's network.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and results to the management team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of winning new business and growing existing accounts through online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of online platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and others.
  • Experience in developing proposals and bids for clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
