To conduct pre-trip inspection (PTI) for all reefer units prior loading.

To sort and rectify issues in reefers on as and when required basis.
To ensure that reefer is serviced after third party Movements.
To obtain reefer trip data from unit and report to all concerns.
Maintain record of all reefer and gensets.
Generation of purchase requisitions for any parts required for reefer & genset.
To arrange operators for all movements per vehicle ( Local & Upcountry)
Coordination with operators enrooted to all outstation deliveries.
Rectification of the issues in coordination with operators and all concerns.
Coordinate with admin for diesel requirement prior mounting gensets at yard.
Genset electrical wiring, reefer denting, painting, welding and audit readiness.
Generation of mail to yard personnel for reefer grounding or cross shifting units.Any other Task assigned by HOD.
