Work as MR for Social compliance, QMS, DQMP and food safety management.
Responsible for DQMP implementation and audit.
Coordinate with all departments to maintain QMS and DQMP.
Ensure that all departments are aware of their responsibilities to maintain all standards defined by the organization.
Plan internal audits and follow-up corrective and preventive actions.
To ensure DQMP requirements are met on technical side.
To ensure product integrity, cold chain management, safety and security of products.
Prepare and compile performance statistics from all departments.
Plan Management Review Meeting as per schedule, prepare agenda and coordinate meetings.
Implement Quality Inspection Procedures and maintain as per schedule.
To ensure Health, Safety and Environmental standards are maintained.
To ensure Food Safety standards are maintained.
To ensure QMS is implemented and maintained.
Ensure all procedures are being followed for product safety and quality.
Schedule training and awareness programs.
Develop and maintain the team’s KPIs, assisting with reporting and planning improvements, and aligning service improvements with KPIs.
Make all efforts to ensure all defined objectives are attained with continual improvement.
Fundamental to fulfilling the responsibilities of this post is the ability to respond flexibly, positively and successfully to the ever-changing pressures.
Any other responsibility as assigned by the top management.
