Responsibilities:

  • Assist in all procurement, logistics operations, and service contracting as per organization’s policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate procurement actions with the Procurement Officer and Financial Analyst.
  • Assist staff in all domestic and international travels as per their requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining comprehensive inventory of all items and ensure in-time ordering.
  • Co ordinate and assist with regulatory work, form fillings and legal applications
  • Assist with office and project administration.
  • Gathering documentation according to tender requirments and keeping track of up coming tenders.
  • Report as per supervisor’s requirements on all procurement activities.
  • Process payment documents as per procedure and inform suppliers for collection of their cheques.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably Master’s in related field.
  • Minimum of 4 (four) years of  work experience
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Ability to keep clear and concise records
  • Good communication skills oral and verbal  (English and Urdu)
  • Effective communication & negotiation skills
  • Sound knowledge of MS-Office package
  • Preferably prior working experience with international organizations
