• Train, motivate, monitor and manage a team of BPO representatives.
• Assist HR Manager in the recruitment process.
• Prepare reports to assist management as they determine BPO goals
• Support agents and maximize customer satisfaction.
Candidate must have:
• Strong verbal communications skills.
• Strong leadership qualities to build and lead the team.
• Ability to identify operational issues and suggest possible improvements.
• Ability to perform even under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of BPO.
Educational Qualification:
•Minimum Bachelor degree in any relevant field.
•Candidates having 1-2 year of experience will be preferred.
Shift:
• Evening – 2pm – 11pm
