Vertex IT service is US based recruitment agency. We provide best candidates to our clients based in USA, whichare right match for there openings.

Candidates are also US based and physically present there(not off-shore hiring).

Job Description:

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our already operational HR team and help us grow our operations and technical team.
This is a remote position and working on Eastern Timezone (USA). 5 days a week and 9 hours a day.
Local time 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.Day to Day tasks include following

Responsibilities:

Writing and posting technical job descriptions Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen technical resumes Sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.
You will also network online with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals.
Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our technical positions.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants abilities Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Maintain Database and can work on Company built HR based CRM.
Requirements:1+ years of experience in Technical Recruitmen Should have a Technical Educational background (ITorCS is plus)Strong Communications
Skills in English (Writing, Speaking and Listening) as this position is totally US based Proficient in MS Office, Emailing, Reporting and Computer Management Past Experience as Call agent will be a plus Good Experience with organizing Data Management Should be self-starter

Note: This a dedicated full-time job not part-time.
