Job Description: (Covers below but not limited to)

You will provide Customer service over phone, email and chat.
You will provide basic technical support over phone, email and chat.
Occasionally you will write ads for the HR correspondent to post on social media and newspapers.
Occasionally you will write product names, descriptions and dimensions for our e-commerce store.
You will work closely with US Office remotely from our Karachi office.

Requirements/Skills:

You MUST be willing to work Night Shift.
You MUST have at least 1 to 3 years of International Customer service experience.
You MUST speak English like its your first language.
You MUST not have a thick Pakistani heavy accent.
You MUST be well versed in written business communication.
You will arrange for your transportation back & forth to the office. We do not provide this service.
You MUST be able to understand instructions in English.
You should be proactive and quick on your feet.
You MUST have good grasp over Microsoft Office.
Possessing Adobe Photoshop skill would be an advantage.
Ability to learn new software/products on your own would be desired.
You MUST have a friendly personality.

Compensation/Benefits:

We offer Base Salary and Commissions.
You will be allowed ONE PAID OFF DAY per month beside Sundays.

Job Hours:

You will perform your duties between 9pm and 6am Monday through Saturday.

Interview:

Monday through Saturday after 9pm with a copy of your resume.
