Viftech is leading IT Company in Pakistan. We are offering a position of Customer Service Executive in night shift for our office located in Karachi.

Requirements:

Candidates having a bachelor’s degree
Must be very active on social media platforms
Must be very good at Internet browsing
Strong communication and IT fluency.
Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English.

Experience: Prior customer service experience; preferably Online

Responsibilities:

To handle outbound calls and chats/emails from the customers.
Make outbound calls when required to.
Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
