Viftech is urgently looking for an HR Internee and HR Officer for its HR Department.

Job Responsibilities

Sourcing the right profiles for vacant position.
Conduct initial screening and schedule an interview with the Manager.
Constant follow-up with the candidates.
Responsible for HR Filing, Recruitment, Onboarding and documentations.

Job Requirement for an Intern

Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in HR) from a reputed institution.
Enthusiastic and energetic. Eager to learn and possesses ability to deliver results.
Prior experience / knowledge in HR would be a plus.

Note: Based on the performance, successful candidate would be offered a fulltime employment.

Job Requirement for HR Officer

Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree (ideally in HR) from a reputed institution.
1-2 years of HR experience in the areas of Recruitment, HR Filing and operations, Onboarding and reporting/documentations.
