Viion Technology (A Viper Group Company) offers Software related services (Website Development, Software, CMS, mobile applications development, UI/UX designs, Social Media marketing, Graphic Designing, SEO).
We are looking for Business Development Executives who should be Bidding experts who could get business (software/website projects/SEO/Social Media/Mobile App Development) from online portals, freelance platforms, social media and direct marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Bidding Expert & specialized in writing Proposals
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
- Lead generation that results in sales
- Daily communication with clients
- Maintain very high rating on Upwork/Freelancer/Fiverr etc. - This is very important for us
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team, and deliver the project to the client. Talking on phone, chatting applications, and Skype depending on the requirement from the client
- Maintain a healthy relationship with the client(s)
- Meet monthly quota of projects
- Ability to communicate with the client in writing and verbally through Skype as well
Skills Required:
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Proactive in embracing new challenges
- Must have high-energy, a passion for success, be driven to be the best, and be self-motivated
- Should have experience in generating sales through social media
- Having prior experience of selling CMS web projects would be preferable
- Effective team player but must be able to manage particular work independently
- Excellent skills in using MS Office effectively
Experience:
- freelance bidding: 6 months to 1 year (Required)
