Viral Square is looking for an HR Executive having 2-3 Years of Experience In the IT Industry.

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
Managing the recruitment and selection process.
Able to complete on time Recruitment & Selection process.
Incumbent must be able to handle compensation and benefits of employees including salary etc.
Able to maintain the attendance record and overall attendance related matters of employees.
Must have strong knowledge of MS Office including MS Excel.
Ability to draft and maintain a company policy and procedures.
Strong sense of performing in a generalist role in a highly corporate and task-oriented environment.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Prior experience in HR operations and knowledge of best practices·
Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations·
Hands-on experience with HR software (HRIS)·
Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
