We are looking for a Sales Officer to lead our Sales Team and help spearhead our growth.

  • As a Sales Coach responsibilities include mentoring new salespeople, designing individual and team training courses, and preparing educational material.
  • To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sales techniques and the ability to motivate employees of varying seniority.

Main Activities:

  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Must have international Experience.
  • Provide complete and appropriate solutions to boost revenue growth and profitability.
  • Design and implement strategic business plans.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
  • A fast-paced work environment.

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Manager.

  • Fast learner and passionate about sales.
  • Advanced English level.
