We’re looking for passionate ReactJS Developers to come work alongside us to take on some of the most interesting and impactful problems.
 
ReactJS developers are extremely design centric, have great attention to detail, and excellent programming ability. You should be extremely customer centric in your design and experience flows. You will coordinate with other professionals in order to develop effective interfaces, so they need to have the ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate strong oral communication skills. A strong programming and user-experience background are a must. Written skills are required so that the results can be conveyed to the client. In addition to this, we expect you to

·       Develop new user-facing features using ReactJS.
·       Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use.
·       Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
·       Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
·       Evaluate compatibility of programs with existing communications hardware and software.
·       Anticipate and prevents problems and roadblocks before they occur.
·       Coordinate cross-functionally to accomplish assigned tasks.
 
You’re Awesome because you have
·       Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
·       Thorough understanding of ReactJS and its core principles.
·       Experience with popular ReactJS workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
·       Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
·       Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
·       Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
·       Experience with common front-end development tools.
·       A knack for bench-marking and optimization.
·       Familiarity with code versioning tools Git.
·       Experience of working on PostgreSQL and MySQL.
·       Experience with Agile Development, SCRUM.

Having these would be even more awesome:
·       Experience of working with Webpack 2
·       Experience of working with NodeJS
·       Experience with NoSQL
·       Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
·       Full understanding of React Native.
