VisualSoft (Pvt) Limited, a software development company based in Rawalpindi with 25 years of track record. We are hiring for a UK company ranked in the top 50 most progressive companies in the UK.
The lead person to manage senior and junior .NET team and interact with the Project Manager based in the UK. A quality conscious person with good technical command, manage tasks as scheduled and the ability to work within the UK team effectively.
MUST HAVE
- Excellent communication and management skills
- Must have lead position experience with a multinational IT team
- Experience in C#, .NET-Core, Latest ASP.NET MVC/WebForms and should be able to be involved in development work
Additional Skills
- AngularJs Front-End Framework.
- MS SQL Database.
- Experience with Cloud technologies (preferably AWS / Microsoft Azure)
- RabbitMQ Messaging Protocol
- Dockers containers
- Experience in Microservices, Domain Driven Designs architecture and knowledge of API First approach shall be considered a plus
- Experience in leading and supporting medium to large size solution delivery projects involving both in-house and third-party analysis of client’s business, product and technology requirements.
- Understanding of different architectural styles, solution architecture methods, integration approach and development patterns.
- Understanding of integration, performance, security, database management, monitoring, legacy issues and manage them in systematic structured ways.
Experience:
Minimum of 7-10 years of development experience in C#/OOPs is a MUST supplemented with team supervision/management.
Professional Test:
Selected candidates shall be given an independent assignment that may be conducted at the candidate’s own time and venue.
Communication Skills:
Communication skills in English is essential. The candidate must be in a position to have video conference calls with customer on a daily basis. Other European languages like German and other is a plus.
Interview Process:
Candidates will go through the interview process which will include technical and management assessments followed by a video link interview process.
Contract Duration:
The assignment is estimated for 2 years. After this contractual period, the candidate may be made a permanent employee of the company.
Traveling:
This position may include some international traveling.
