We are looking for experienced and fresh candidates who are highly motivated and proficient in their english coversation skills , who can work as a team player and can deliver healthy lead generation .

The primary focus of the role is to work and transfer the qualifying leads to the sales pipeline .

To qualify for this job:

The candidate should be proficient and fluent in spoken english.
MUST have an amazing attitude with fellow agents and potential customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Managing large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner
Sticking to the script while handling the calls.
Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions.

Formal pre-employment training (paid) will be provided to the shortlisted candidates.
