Real Time Marketing PVT Ltd, sister company of Vital Wiz, a leading real estate development and marketing company of Islamabad is looking for General Manager Sales and Marketing for their real estate business.

Since 2001, Realtime Group has been shaping the Landscapes and lives in Pakistan with World class real estate development to meet the luxury retail and residential requirements.

Must have 12 years of work experience with verifiable references and proven tract record of handling diverse real estate prortfolio.

Overall in charge of Sales and Marketing departments

  • Oversee sales team and assign sites, targets and tasks to sales executives and managers to meet sales targets.
  • Prepare personnel schedules 
  • Achieve his given KPIs and responsible to collect, evaluate and submit his/her team's KPIs
  • Responsible for hiring Sales and Marketing team as per given requirements and project's demands
  • Monitor sales team responds to all ads and marketing activities 
  • Ensure all leads are followedup properly
  • Ensure booking procedures are followed upon sucessfull sale 
  • All lead entries, follow-up and Finalizations should be done in the CRM 
  • Manage the entire sales team for achieving sales targets 
  • Handle Sales / Leasing of commercial property. 
  • Identify market segments, define and execute marketing strategies. 
  • Create and manage Client Relationships. 
  • Build contacts with estate agents and brokers. 
  • Generate business for products and services of the company. 
  • Create new business opportunities and achieve business targets.
  • Build and develop a sales and leasing team that is the best in the industry
  • Oversee the marketing team
  • Oversee all pre land acquisition activities in terms of project feasibility from a marketing angle 
  • Oversee design aspects in terms of size of apartments and amenities to provide from a marketing angle
  • Prepare-brochures/flyer/emailer/floor plans and all other pre launch marketing material in consultation with management 
  • Make all arrangements for project launches including organising all PR activities such as press conferences
  • Co-ordinating between management to make a marketing program and budget
  • Prepare a ad schedule and block dates with respective newspapers
  • Monitor marketing program viz. Email promotion, SMS, phone calls, brokers, day camps at IT Parks, online advertising, overseas advertising, taking part in property fairs.
  • Start and monitor online marketing programme through facebook/twitter etc
  • Manage the entire marketing process in all aspects to aid in sales, corporate brand identity and PR
  • Prepare all project related items such as UDS chart, builders agreements, allotment letters, Other charges etc. In consultation with management and heads of other departments 
  • Overall in charge of customer satisfaction and collections post-sales re launch marketing material in consultation with management 
  • Make all arrangements for project launches including organising all PR activities such as press conferences
  • Co-ordinating between management to make a marketing program and budget
  • Prepare a ad schedule and block dates with respective newspapers
  • Monitor marketing program viz. Email promotion, SMS, phone calls, brokers, day camps at IT Parks, online advertising, overseas advertising, taking part in property fairs.

  • Coordinate with Engineering department to complete hand-over of flats
  • Organise events on handing over flats for customers. Coordinate same with Engineering department. 
  • Oversee Customer Service Department to ensure adequate customer support is given post handing over
  • Coordinate with all departments for all issues, documentations etc required for all sales, CRM and marketing issues
  • Independently market the projects of the company at sites assigned to you from time to time besides other specific assignments.
  • Managements single point of contact regarding all sales, CRM and marketing issues
  • Prepare reports in prescribed formats for top management

Salary is based on individual experience ranging from 100,000 to 150,000 plus a lucrative package for the right candidate
