Vital Wiz is looking for a WordPress Developer to work alongside our innovative and growing digital marketing team.

Daily workload includes, but limited to, development adjustments and troubleshooting, site design, content updates, meta-information edits, image manipulation, full site code outs, and plugin installation.

Responsibilities

Must have experience and understanding of HTML / CSS, WordPress and Photoshop.
Must have the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
Must have the ability to quickly adjust priorities to respond to pressing demands.
Strong understanding of PHP back-end development and plug-in editing
Good understanding of Wordpress Codex, Custom post type, Custom taxonomy and Custom fields
Good understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
Advanced knowledge of WordPress
Knowledge of change control systems, specifically Git, a plus
