Be responsible for checking and record payment, guarantee legitimacy, compliance and rationality and correct for financial payment.
Manage inernal flow and regulate operation for AP and AR including contract, loan, expense, material payment, cash, reimbursement,etc.
Make regulation about company expense, take measures for controlling expense, and avoid financial risk.
Collect industry financial information, provding effective policy supporting for company.
Provide financial consult for other department of daily business.
Make expense report, report situation and solution abnormal payment, supporting effiective analysis of operating situation.
Bachelor degree with finance / accounting or above.
Person who have related work experience about AP(accound payable) around 2 years, be familiar about tax policy.
Be fluent in oracal and writing English.Be good at writing and excel.Familiar with SAP or ERP, and office software
Be good at communication, have strong responsibility, be able to bear high pressure environment and adapt to overtime.
Have a priority with accounting major. Have strong work stability.
Chinese language is a plus advantage.
