Responsible for Training & Development.
Responsible for end to end recruitment.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Monitor employee progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive.
Resolve employee relations issues in a timely manner; provide coaching to all parties, and recommend appropriate actions.
Act as both a liaison and an advisor and provide technical expertise on HR issues to staff and management.

Bachelor Degree or above with the specialization of Human Resource Management or other related major
At least have 3 years working experiences in a large manufacturing company
Experienced in recruitment & talent development
Deep understanding of end to end recruitment process
Problem Solver, Goal Oriented, good at time management skill
Good Communication Skill, team work, fast learner and proactive
max 30 years old and Full professional English proficiency
Advanced skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PPT)
