Recruitment:

Compile Job Descriptions and Advertise vacant Positions online.
Conduct telephonic Interviews for Basic Screening and Shortlisting.
Schedule shortlisted Candidates for Interview with HR and Line Management.
Manage Complete Recruitment Process from Job Advertisement to Employee Onboarding.

HR Operations:

Compile and Maintain New Joiner Employee Files with Required Documents for HR Record.
Prepare Experience Letters, Bank Letters, and Salary Certificate as per Employee need.
Prepare monthly Employee Attendance Record for review at time of Salary disbursement.
Co-ordinate with Health Insurance Company for Employee Hospitalization and Medical Claims processing.

Training & Developement:

Conduct Employee Traiing Needs Analysis.
Develop Training plan for Head Office Employees.
Deliver Training Presentations to Head Office Employees.
Arrange Employee Engagement Activities.

The Employee will be expected Learn and Grow in this role while supporting day to day HR Operations with the current HR Team.
