1. In charge of warehousing of daily procurement from vendors and self-procurement, and recording accounts payable.

2. In charge of reviewing the purchase order, goods delivery and goods return every day, following up the payment collection process of clients and managing the loan quota.

3. In charge of calculating interest for clients and adjusting their accounts timely.

4. In charge of price adjustment and billing adjustment, calculation of inventory cost variance, calculation of price adjustment subsidy from vendors and calculation of price adjustment compensation for clients.

5. In charge of reconciliation of upstream and downstream accounts, reconciliation of monthly accounts with vendors, clients and other parties.

6. In charge of sending daily or monthly reports and statements including the financial statements timely.

7. In charge of maintaining data in the financial software.

8. In charge of conducting other work related to basic files, inventory, price, clients and vendors.

9. To accomplish other tasks assigned by the CFO.
