Vizz Web Solutions is hiring new support staff for the company. We are looking for logical, hard worker, responsible and dedicated person who can work from 1 pm to 10 pm. We will provide candidate training for our running system so he would be responsible to:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times - Chat via Skype
Respond promptly to tickets and customers inquiries
Communicating with customers through our ticket system
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Manage Skype chats and should be responsive to all customer’s concerns
Keep track of all chats and should interact with the team
Follow up with team and customers
Able to handle and resolve customer’s concern timely
Trace issues and provide best possible solutions to customers

Requirements:

Strong communications skills
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with clients
A logical mind (Sharp candidate)
Enthusiasm for continual learning
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends
