We need experienced call centre agents for Uk Based inbound Travel Campaign. People having experience of call centre and sales will be preferred. Females are also encouraged to apply. As a travel consultant you have to sell airline tickets, holiday packages to the customers over the phone.Obtain customer information i.e. name, address, and explain payment methods, and make reservations of the customers.Correspondence with customers or follow up initial sales contacts i.e send flight details to the customers.Take payments from the customers. Send tickets to the passengers.Behave politely with the customers i.e give good customer services to the customers.The candidate should have an excellent command over English Language as he/she has to communicate with clients abroad. He/she must be computer literate.Candidate with Travel Agency Background would be given preference & Operating on GDS like Galileo are appreciated to apply.Fresh candidates having good speaking skills can also apply.
