VolgoPoint is looking for an Marketing Team Lead to manage all sales and team.

You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks, sales and marketing team.

Experience - Responsibilities - Skills

Manage the team and put input for company sales.
8 to 10 years experience in SEO and digital marketing ideally for online business.
Proven experience in delivering quality traffic growth and new customer acquisition.
Advanced understanding of Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Screaming Frog and Excel.
Excellent understanding and experience of Search Engine Optimization.
Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
Extremely organized approach to all tasks and working to deadlines.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Proven experience in delivering quality traffic growth and new customer acquisition.
Planning digital marketing campaigns, SEO/SEM, social media etc.
Consistently hit KPI's and targets
Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
Expert in different Link Building techniques and improve the leads.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Execute on-site and off-site SEO strategies.
Track, report and analyze website analytics while using google analytics, SEMrush and social media analysis reports.
Analyzing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors.
Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.
Conduct on-site and off-site SEO competitor analysis.
Keep up to date with the latest SEO technology, SEO updates, and industry changes.
Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
Mobile and Desktop Enhancements
Increase Visit Times, Decrease Bounce Rates
Work with a variety of teams; Sales, Operations, Directors
Assist in the content writing and approval of marketing literature
Driven and approachable and great communication
Maintain brand image, Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis
Content generation across different media, Page Optimizing, Fixing URL issues, and other bugs.
Website management (CMS), Bring enough organic traffic to the website in daily routine.

Other Requirements:

Good command in spoken and written English
Can do attitude and ability to work under pressure to meet the deadline
Have a good understanding and ability to meet the company’s goals Status of the Job
