We want to add a role to our team which will be acting as a Business Development and Team Manager. Male and Female candidates with best organizational, team and project handling skills are ideal suited for this role and position.
The hired candidate will be premarily responsible for:
- Business development of the company which includes but not limited to freelancing portal, social media marketing, contracts tendering etc. You must be the one to select streams for generating revenue with new ideas and meet the targetted requirements of the company.
- Project Management: We are an IT company which deals with Graphic Designs, Website Development, Mobile Apps Development, Desktop Apps Development and Software Development so you must be aware of such skills to handle projects and team members.
- Team Management which starts from getting involved with the hired team members, daily updates for the assigned tasks, listening to their issues and resolve those to the best extent, disbursement of their salaries to their accounts, hiring new talent as and when required and other assigned tasks by the CEO.
- Office Management is a vital part of this position which enables the candidate to run operations smoothly in the absence of CEO.
- Client Retention is somewhat which can't be neglected so candidate must be willing to meet local clients and stay in contact with clients through Skype and designated email.
- Proposal Writing should be one of the best experties the ideal candidate should have as you will be writing a lot of proposals to different clients all the day.
- Thoughtful personality is something we are looking for which generates new ideas and ways to acquire new business and clients.
We are not looking for someone who has a lot of irrelevant experience but want to meet the one who has right experience, skills and courage to take control of our business in the absence.
