We are looking for a Business Analyst for our Company with relevant work experience and striving for perfection and career growth. We offer diverse projects and expect a successful candidate to demonstrate high motivation and the ability to solve complex problems and achieve set goals.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Communicate with foreign business representatives on daily basis
- Organize and conduct business analysis over the period of the project
- Gather and formalize functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyze and profile data sources
- Work with minimal supervision
WHAT YOU HAVE
- 1+ year of work experience as a Business Analyst in IT or 2+ years of adjacent to business analysis IT experience
- Experience in Agile methodology
- Knowledge of different software development methodologies (RUP, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban)
- Good communication skills and proactivity
- Creative approach to problem solving
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English
- Experience in organizing business analysis at the outset of a project
