Qualification

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Marketing, Engineering (Mechatronics/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 3 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the ventilation business especially in Poultry or Piggery or Greenhouse or Industrial sector in Asia Pacific or related field is required for this position.
Experience in agricultural/industry/HVAC.
Highly integrated attitude and team player with high integrity and independence.
This job requires extensive traveling.
Training will be provided in Malaysia/Holland

Responsibilities

Responsible for managing, supporting and servicing the dealers/distributors related needs of an assigned set of strategic customers.
Identify & developing business opportunities in assigned territory with the objective of achieving group sales targets.
Understand customer’s requirements & be able to formulate with customers proposed solutions with the assistance of the professional technical team.
Conduct sales-oriented presentation & discussions with customers & prepares relevant correspondence for the closure of sales.
To develop business potential with new and existing customers in Agricultural Sectors and Industrial.
Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and services.
Assist in the development for marketing initiatives and programs.
