Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Campaign Specialist to manage and optimize our campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have proven experience running successful service and product-related campaigns, with a focus on achieving maximum ROI. The Campaign Specialist will work closely with our SEO team to identify and incorporate the best keywords for optimal campaign performance.

Job Functions:

Manage and optimize 8+ campaigns across 8+ different cities
Compile ROI and investment reports for each campaign
Collaborate with the SEO team to identify the best keywords for optimal campaign performance
Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI
Work with the team to develop and execute campaigns that support business objectives
Continuously analyze campaign data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for optimization

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices and the ability to apply
them to campaign strategy
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be Google certified and MS certified
Proven experience running campaigns with a budget of over 50k USD
Demonstrated success achieving maximum ROI
Capable of running campaigns on multiple platforms, including LinkedIn and TikTok
Experience with analytics reporting via Excel
Expertise in Google Asset and Dynamics365 adds
Previous experience with CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce
Nice to have experience with SEO
