Job Description

Functions and responsibilities:

Managing end-to-end functions of the organization to achieve strategic goals
Ability to liaison with clients and employees in a managerial, legal and functional capacity
Collaborate with CEO on long-term and short-term plans for corporate growth of the company
Assists in budgeting and resource allocation
Measures effectiveness and efficiency of operational processes both internally and externally
Find out-of-the-box solutions to improve systems and processes
Develops and implements strategies for the company
Acts as a liaison between company and client for quality assurance
Provides mentoring to all employees, including management where necessary
Motivates staff to meet sales targets, production deadlines and international quality standards
Manage client services employees and train them in leadership skills, so they can better serve clients
Ensure that every department of the company align with the company’s core values and culture
Work with internal team to conduct effective brainstorming sessions
Demonstrated success in achieving organization growth
