We are hiring a customer service representative for our client to manage customer queries and complaints. To do well in this role you need to be good in handling client complains, sorting the issues & respond immediately.

This position requires you to work for a modern marketing consultancy that elevates brands to the next stage of their business. In essence, they work as a virtual marketing team and offer bespoke services including Brand Strategy, Email Marketing Campaigns, Copywriting and Digital & Social Strategy, and Performance Marketing. Also, worked with a range of incredible Health & Fitness clients including Coach Mark Carroll, Jake Campus Nutrition, The International Fitness Academy & POD Health Group (Bondi Vite and Pillar Performance).

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Responding promptly to clients’ inquiries.
  • Communicating with clients through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving clients’ complaints.
  • Knowing our products/services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of client’s interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: BBA Hons/BS – Marketing.
  • Min. of 2-3 years of proven client support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
  • Strong phone/email contact handling skills and active listening
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of queries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

WORKING DAYS: 6 days a week.

LOCATION: DHA Phase 6, Lahore
