Responsibilities & skills required

Recruiting, organizing and inspiring volunteers
Researching fundraising opportunities specifically related to educational Grants and writing applications to charitable trusts, International Donors and statutory bodies
Building relationships with major donors or companies
Preparing and delivering presentations
Managing your own budget and ensuring targets are met
Developing and organizing fundraising campaigns, events and door-to-door collections
Excellent communication skills.
Flexible working, working remotely is often required for the role of a fundraising manager as you're likely to travel frequently for meetings. Working from home is also increasingly common.

Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience of fundraising in KPK Rural Area Education Sector projects.

Qualifications: Must have Bachelor/Master Degree from any HEC recognized University (preferably in humanities, social sciences, humanitarian project management or related)

Salary: Rs. 40,000-100,000 based on your breadth of experience.
