Senior Business Development / Sales Executive

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive with Experience in a Software House.

Preferred Skill Set

Excellent selling skills with proven track record of B2B and B2C sales
Excellent verbal communication and comprehension
Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent
Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills
Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport.
Dealing with existing clients and ensuring completion of project, recurring payments, and upsell.
Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities to build business relationships with current and potential clients.
Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts and coordinating business generation activities.
Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Catering inbound leads (calls and emails) to make sales.
Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone calls, SMS and emails.
Preparing proposal for projects and delivering them to the clients.
Organize business meetings with prospective clients particularly from USA and Canada region.

Suitable Profile

Preferably graduate. O & A level educational background preferred
Experience in handling international clients via telephone, email and live chat
Candidates with foreign education and experience are also encouraged to apply
Preference would be given to those who have worked on any establish international sales campaign
