Within delegated authority Plans, implements and supervises all maintenance activities.
Act as liaison with various departments like Finance, HR , Logistics ,Sales & after Sale services .
To engender good working relationships with the regional contractors for maintaining quality operating practices and drive high standards of performance.
To complete rosters and allocation of resources to cover work demands.
Involving in the resource hunting and recruitment process of an individual.
Responsible to maintain and file all recruitment cases ,staff personal files, employee cards .
Arrange domestic & international traveling.
Needs to maintain customer files and responsible to take care of welcoming the guests/ customers.
To identify and resolve any service delivery issues.
To manage Inhouse as well as outside training & meetings .
To carry out administrative tasks as directed by supervisors.
