Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinating the maintenance and repair of office equipment.
Assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties.
He will announce the arrival of visitors to the officer concerned and help them to meet the officer in an orderly manner.
He will make tea /coffee /and other kitchen services for staff and guest visitors.
"He will carry the files from one seat to another or to and from the officer as required.
