Wavetel Limited consultancy seeks 2 X experienced Support professional to work within their Wavetel Limited support Team.

Telecoms Support

The successful candidate will:- Raise technical support tickets against telephone and/or email requests.
Have meticulous organisation and attention to detail.- Interface with internal teams, provisioning, sales and customers alike.
Answer support questions on their products and services.
Take 1st line troubleshooting step.
Taking traces, evaluating logs and making test calls.

Essential Skills / Experience:

At least 1 years' worth of experience in a technical support role.
Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
Fast learner.
Ability to develop technical skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills / Experience:

Technical appreciation of VoIP Telecoms (the more the better), Broadband.
