Weave is a consultancy based out of Boston that provides visual design, branding, marketing, web design, and mobile app design to startups and small/medium businesses in the US and the Middle East.

Candidate Requirements

Good interpersonal capabilities along with superlative verbal, visual and written communication skills
Baseline understanding of design methodologies, user experience/interface design, information design, and corporate identity/branding
Baseline understanding of Software development, Capacity planning & coding languages
Can work independently or collaboratively with small cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time management skills
Strong knowledge of content platform current best practices, technologies and creative standards
Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of producing pieces that increase engagement and drive leads and have a portfolio that demonstrates this.

Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
Establish the company’s goals and objectives.
Search for businesses to whom we can render our services
Reach out to businesses with project proposals
Organize meetings with officials from the industry to get more business/projects
